If a customer receives a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you must accept the return and issue a refund. ShohShoh’s support team will help mediate if needed. Returns due to customer change-of-mind are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Yes! ShohShoh allows merchants to offer promotions, discounts, and coupon codes. These can be managed from your seller dashboard.
Yes. ShohShoh offers paid promotion packages for merchants who want to increase visibility. You can also opt into platform-wide sales events.
ShohShoh will review all evidence from both sides. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and professionally. Repeated disputes due to poor product quality or fulfillment can lead to account suspension.
