You may request a return if:
You received the wrong item
The item is damaged or defective
The item is significantly different from the description or photo
Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Personalized or custom-made products
Items marked final sale or non-returnable
Items that have been used, worn, or washed
Products returned without proper packaging
Perishable goods
You must request a return within:
7 days for domestic orders
14 days for international orders
Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Email contact@shohshoh.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A brief explanation of the issue
Wait for our team to review your request (within 48 hours)
If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details
If the mistake is ours (wrong, damaged, defective): shohshoh or the seller will cover return shipping.
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/item: You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
If there's a disagreement between the buyer and seller, shohshoh will step in to review the case and make a final decision.
