shohshoh Merchant Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the shohshoh Marketplace as a registered seller or merchant. By registering and listing products on shohshoh, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Merchant Eligibility

To sell on shohshoh, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate business or personal information

• Own or have the legal rights to sell the products listed

shohshoh reserves the right to approve or deny any merchant account at its discretion.

2. Product Listings

• All listings must be clear, honest, and accurately represent the product being sold.

• Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.

• Product descriptions, images, and pricing must be complete and truthful.

• shohshoh may remove or edit listings that violate these guidelines.

3. Fees & Commissions

• shohshoh charges a commission per successful sale. The exact rate will be communicated to you upon onboarding.

• Payouts will be made monthly via [your chosen payment method], after deducting applicable fees.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Merchants are responsible for securely packaging and shipping products within the agreed timeframe.

• You are required to use shohshoh-approved courier services such as DHL for international orders unless otherwise approved.

• Tracking information must be provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Merchants must honor shohshoh’s return policy, which includes accepting returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Any disputes or claims must be resolved promptly and professionally with the buyer, with shohshoh stepping in if needed.

6. Intellectual Property

• You may not sell products that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

• You grant shohshoh the right to use your product images and descriptions for marketing purposes.

7. Account Suspension

shohshoh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account without prior notice if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement

• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or harmful conduct

• Fail to fulfill orders or receive excessive complaints

8. Data & Privacy

• You must handle buyer data securely and only use it to fulfill orders.

• Misuse of customer information will result in immediate termination.

9. Promotions & Advertising

shohshoh may promote your products across our platform, social media, and affiliate channels. You may also opt into paid promotional programs if offered.

10. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws relating to your products, business operations, and taxes.

11. Communication

Official communication will be sent to the email address you provided. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

12. Amendments

shohshoh may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
